Available in full-size heights of 62 3/8 in. or half-size heights of 49 3/8 in., vibration-dampening tray cart stores and transports trays of vibration-sensitive electronic components. ESD protection is provided via aluminum split sleeves and drag chain or ESD cable grounding device. Product employs polyurethane, 50-shore A casters with expander stems and 5 in. swivels, with brakes on two. Offered in side- and end-loading models, cart has open-wire construction.

Electronics Tray Carts

Electronics Tray Cart features chrome-plated tray slides with conductive plastic split sleeves. Add permanently conductive fiberglass trays (sold separately) to create a complete conductive storage unit. 1³/₄" slide space between trays. Other features include: front and back stop bars, anti-tip design, and (4) conductive casters, 2 with brake. Grounding cable included. Appropriate for lean manufacturing.

Conductive Tray Carts store and move printed circuit boards on 26 x 20 inch ESD trays and ESD protective mats. Drag chain channels static electricity to ground. Smaller, 46 in. high model holds 20 trays, while 64 in. model stores up to 30 trays. Hard rubber-wheeled 4 in. Total Lock casters, available in standard or ESD versions, provide simultaneous wheel braking and swivel lock for stable positioning. Carts handle up to 425 lbs each.

Tray Carts are offered in half size and full size units, designed to handle work in process. ESD trays can be used on tray cart for conductive applications with the addition of aluminum split sleeves (ESD-SS) And a drag chain . Optional Tray Stop prevents trays from
falling out. Finish: Chrome
